The Baw Baw Emergency Relief Directory helps those in need identify emergency relief services and support when they need it most. Developed by CWGPCP, Baw Baw Shire Council and the Baw Baw Emergency Food Relief Network this directory can help you find fresh food, produce, groceries and personal items, transport vouchers, housing and other support.
When accessing services individuals may need to provide proof of being in hardship, e.g. a healthcare or pension card. There may be limits on the number of times a person can visit a service per year and will vary between organisations. Access to services may have a cost. Usually you can access a service in any town – please phone ahead to check.
If you need crisis support and suicide prevention services please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any time of the day.
You can also visit the Ask Izzy website which can help you find relief services near you.
